Returns Information

Within 30 days of purchase, products may be returned for a refund provided they meet the following conditions:

Packaging remains intact and unopened.
Hair has not been used or processed.
Do not affect second sales.
Health and hygiene standards are maintained.

We reserve the right to decline returns for any reason at any time. Refunds for unwanted products vary based on return timing: 100% within 10 days, 75% between 10-30 days.

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach our warehouse. Return costs and risks are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured postage service for proof of delivery. All products are inspected upon return. If a product is returned that is not in its original condition, damaged, had its health and hygiene (security) tags removed, or in unsaleable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the products back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
