Shipping information

 

Our standard shipping cost is £5.99.

For single orders exceeding £350, we offer free shipping.

After payment , your order will be sent out the next working day following your order, typically taking 3-5 working days to be delivered. All delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Before payment, please ensure your delivery address is correct. if your address is incorrect, please contact us (longlonghairextension@gmail.com) promptly before shipping. If you address is incorrect, intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a secure location, you will be solely responsible for the parcel, its contents, and any potential loss.

International Orders

Please note, any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as regulations vary in regards to the charges which apply from country to country. Any orders rejected due to not wanting to pay import duties and taxes that are in the destination country will incur additional costs of return shipping which will be taken from any applicable refund.
